Assisting the Purchase Ledger Controller
Processing and inputting of invoices (can receive up to 200 per day)
Checking invoice details to purchase orders
Investigate discrepancies
Assist with payment runs (mid-month and end-month)
Supplier statement reconciliations
Assisting the Credit Controller
Issuing invoices and statements
Setting temporary credit limits
Investigating and resolving queries
Cash Allocation
Assist in raising consolidated invoices
