Accounting Operations Manager (Shared Services)

About you

A Qualified accountant, you will have a proven track record managing and developing a sizeable team within a Shared Services environment. Technically strong you will be able to demonstrate the ability to implement change whilst maintaining a quality service to the customer. You will be a results driven, committed individual with exemplary communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.

About The Role

The key emphasis of the role is to direct and lead the Accounting Operations including (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, VAT Accounting, Expenses and Cash Management), a total of 8 heads, in an International Shared Services environment. Specifically you will ensure that:

• Management control is maintained and developed for all transactional processing
• Processes are continually improved and efficiencies increased
• Staff are managed and developed to maintain high levels of morale and motivation in the team
• Key performance indicators for the team are developed and monitored
