About You

You will have experience of managing a portfolio of clients and exposure to sole trader, partnership and small limited companies. You will enjoy providing a wide range of services and developing your portfolio.
Experience of managing and mentoring a significant team; of up to 5 staff is desire although supervisory skills and a desire to gain management experience would also provide you will relevant necessary skills.
You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be able to relate to clients and other team members and wish to develop your career in an informal, yet supportive structure.

About The Role

A diverse role in which you will allocate, manage and review your teams work, whilst working directly with your own clients.

You will provide audit, statutory and management accounts and bookkeeping support to clients and be involved in consultancy work across taxation, VAT and cash flows requirements of your clients.

You will manage your own diary and in addition be responsible for the allocation of your team, work in progress and billing.
