At Howett Thorpe Qualified & Senior Finance we specialise in the recruitment of qualified accountants and finance professionals. Over the last 20 years Howett Thorpe has continually placed senior finance and accounts candidates but an increasing demand for specialist knowledge and skills in this field led us to launch a dedicated division that will solely focus on this market.
Based in Farnham we work with clients in the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire area ranging from owner managed businesses to Plc’s including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Defense, Leisure, Entertainment, Pharmaceutical and Professional Sectors. Whilst qualified roles with Public Practice and the Public Sector are handled by our Public Practice and Specialist Sector Divisions.
We cover a wide range of roles for qualified accountants be they ACA, ACCA, CIMA, IIA or CIPFA that include Financial and Management Accountants, Analysts, Credit Managers, FP&A Managers, Group Accountants, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors and Heads of Finance.
The key to our success is a commitment to building and developing long-term relationships together with the ability to understand the needs of our clients and candidates. We aim to maintain a strong understanding of the current market dynamics and demonstrate this with a professional and honest approach.

Vacancies at this level, whether permanent or interim are managed by a team of Business Directors, all of whom have over 10 years experience in finance recruitment.
